With years of fitness experience, I provide personalised training sessions tailored to your fitness goals. Whether you're looking to build muscle or enhance your overall health, I am here to guide you every step of the way.
For as long as I can remember, I struggled with gaining weight and consistent dysmorphia. Over time, with consistency, I started to gain healthy weight, build muscle, and most importantly… build confidence.
Fitness became more than just physical for me — it was mental growth, discipline, and self-love.
After years of coaching 1:1s through dance, I realised how powerful movement is in helping women connect with their bodies. That’s why I decided to combine my love for fitness and dance, creating a space where women can feel strong, confident, and empowered — no matter where they’re starting from.
This journey has changed my life, and now i’m here to help you start yours!

They are at £50p/hr or you can book sessions in advance for cheaper. I also offer monthly packages from £160-£280 a month but to get exactly what you’re looking for, this can be discussed during your consultation to pick what’s best suited for you.
Yes, you’ll receive a personalised workout plan tailored to your goals, custom meal guidance to support your progress, weekly check-ins to keep you accountable, and direct support so you’re never doing it alone.
If you reschedule/cancel your session (regardless of notice), you will need to book a new session as a separate booking. So please try to be certain of the date you’re booking to avoid this.
